What were you fighting for? What was your ‘why’?

"Being honest I went to a Rugby School where a lot of my mates went on to become pro rugby players i was liked but a bit of a screw up class clown people pleaser I have bad adhd and ocd so i did crave attention but in my own way i like to think im funny but i managed to do well in a job after school when i thought i was never going to amount to anything i thought if i can pull this off what else can i do? I heard about Warrior Training from a mate that did season 5 went to the show and said i want to go for this I believe I can be a champion too after getting up at 5am before work everyday sparing stepping in the cage and afterwards everybody is in awe of what you did its quite surreal your like did i actually do that? what else am I capable of it changed my life for the better in so many ways mentally and physically I dont take the same crap from ppl i used to take and i am all round stronger so i defo recommend the programme."

What did you get out of the program physically?

"Stronger faster my cardio levels improved a lot."

What were some of the mental and emotional outcomes you experienced?

"After the programme I have been a lot physically and mentality stronger it also shows you can do something different than just following the crowd and helped me stop drinking and smoking as much I have now given up smoking but being honest I think its important to train afterwards as you can fall back into bad habits after time when you dont have that laser focus and I kind of have now a little a year on so im going back to join sbg on the 10th of jan 2022 to keep me on the straight and narrow."

What did you learn about yourself?

"I think it shows that we are all equal as human beings if you think your a nobody your not cause i did but then i got motivation from law of attraction Mcgregor vids and thats all you need is belief anybody can do anything if you put in the work time and dedication there is no such thing as talent you can be anybody if u put in the time I personally believe that!"

Did Warrior Training lead to any long term changes in your life, and if so what were they?

"I am stronger mentally I can stick up for myself where I use to not in the past."

What would you say to someone thinking about starting the Warrior Training Program?

"Do it train you make friends for life you shock yourself and the world get involved!."
