What were you fighting for? What was your ‘why’?

"My story begins 2016, while at work I was involved in a serious trauma. This left me physically and mentally unstable. I thought I would never gain my outgoing, happy, bubbley, ambitious life again. I lived for 3 years in different therapy's on medication unable to function. Then in 2019 my son signed me up to Warrior Training 20 week program. The experience was a positive one for me as I was not able to go out anywhere on my own. I learned to trust people and it was okay to be scared but I am so glad I started my journey and here I am 2 years on joined sbg train as many times a week as possible and am working towards getting my blue belt in BJJ. Warrior Training saved me it's for all fitness levels. Start your journey with Warrior Training you won't be disappointed."

What did you get out of the program physically?

"I got to spend time on myself, building my confidence meeting people, and reaching my goals."

Did Warrior Training lead to any long term changes in your life, and if so what were they?

"I stepped into a cage after 20 weeks of training. I also lost weight."
