What were you fighting for? What was your ‘why’?

"Toward the end of 2019 I had regained a portion of the weight I had lost in the previous few years after a break up, feeling lost at work and needing a new challenge. I was looking for something to make me accountable again and to help find discipline and structure."

What did you get out of the program physically?

"My cardiovascular endurance has never been better, in previous years the idea of running 5km non stop was a pipe dream."

What were some of the mental and emotional outcomes you experienced?

"The sense of achievement and proving to myself that I had what it takes to put it all on the line in the cage and not give up was empowering."

What did you learn about yourself?

"Finding out just how much I am capable of with commitment, dedication and when finding the right motivations."

Did Warrior Training lead to any long term changes in your life, and if so what were they?

"Alta showed me that you need to put in everyday to see change and it motivates me in all aspects of my life."

What would you say to someone thinking about starting the Warrior Training Program?

"Do it, the friendships and camaraderie that you build is worth it alone."
