What were you fighting for? What was your ‘why’?

"Coming out of the first of many covid lockdowns, there was a moment of self reflection where I realised I needed to make a change in my life and focus on what's really important to me. My priorities were all wrong and the realisation was depressing. I needed something that would help me change for the better."

What did you get out of the program physically?

"Besides becoming the lightest I've been since I was in uni, I've taken the good habits with me to live a healthier lifestyle whilst also exploring my love for mma and continuing to develop and refine my skills post program."

What were some of the mental and emotional outcomes you experienced?

"Pure joy and pride of learning and knowing my own resolve and resilience in getting through Alta despite the blood and tears, a prolonged stop/start training program and fight night cancellations due to Covid. The confidence I now have is priceless."

What did you learn about yourself?

"Not only can I overcome physical challenges, but I can overcome mental ones as well."

Did Warrior Training lead to any long term changes in your life, and if so what were they?

"I'm eating healthier now and am drinking a lot less. I continue to train and remain active and this has translated to a healthier and more positive mindset."

What would you say to someone thinking about starting the Warrior Training Program?

"Any fears or doubts you have about yourself or your ability will be allayed as you progress through the program. The feeling of accomplishment at the end is second to none."
