33, MUSIC COMPOSER AND EDUCATOR, ROUSE HILL NSW
TRAINED AT ROUSE HILL
COMPLETED 2021
What were you fighting for? What was your ‘why’?
"I always wanted to do this program, to prove that I have what it takes to enter the cage. To just experience life as a mixed martial artist. I loved it, i enjoyed it. Its easy to say I did it, but to do something is different. I was at a point in my life I needed to take a big change in my life and make big decisions. I wanted to make a statement, make a living with becoming a music composer. My industry was decimated due to COVID, but I wanted to show you can still make a living, and be a musician. I wanted to prove that I had no fear and I will do whatever it takes to get by my and support those around it."
What did you get out of the program physically?
"I learned how to look after myself, how important it is to make sure I am healthy so I can take care those who are not as healthy as me."
What were some of the mental and emotional outcomes you experienced?
"Having me to understand how to feel and think about things. and by what I focus on, will help me work on the goals i have. I am stronger than I think"
What did you learn about yourself?
"That I have what it takes to make it happen, only if I believe in myself!"
Did Warrior Training lead to any long term changes in your life, and if so what were they?
"I took the big leap of working for myself, I was able to propose to my now fiance. I am able to buy my own house for my own dwelling."
What would you say to someone thinking about starting the Warrior Training Program?
"Do it, and the benefits will speak for itself. Trust me, this is one thing you want to have on your bucket list to do. If you don't, you will regret it."
