Our Policy
Due to the nature of martial arts and combat sports training gear, TrainAlta is unable to offer returns or exchanges on Zebra Athletics products except where required by applicable consumer law in your country.
This policy exists for one straightforward reason - hygiene. Training gear is worn in direct contact with the body during intense physical activity. For the health and safety of all our customers, we are unable to accept returns of items that have been used, tried on, or handled. This applies to all items in our range including gloves, tights, shorts, rash guards, crop tops, shin guards, and hand wraps.
We appreciate your understanding - this is standard practice across athletic and combat sports apparel worldwide.
Sizing
We do not accept returns or exchanges for sizing issues, so please take the time to get it right before you order.
For all gear that requires accurate sizing, we provide detailed sizing charts on each product page. Please consult these carefully before placing your order. If you are between sizes or unsure, we recommend reaching out to us before purchasing and we will do our best to help you make the right call.
Getting your sizing right at the point of purchase is the single best thing you can do to ensure you love your gear from day one.
Your Consumer Rights
Nothing in this policy affects your rights under applicable consumer protection legislation. Customers in Australia, New Zealand and Ireland retain all statutory rights they are entitled to under relevant law, including rights in relation to goods that are faulty, misdescribed, or fail to meet acceptable quality standards.
Manufacturing Defects
If your gear arrives with a manufacturing defect or fault, we want to know about it and we will work to make it right. Manufacturing defects are separate from general wear and tear and are not subject to the hygiene-based return restriction above.
