What were you fighting for? What was your ‘why’?
"I have been a huge fan of the sport of mixed martial arts for a few years now. I was always intrigued about the mindset of a fighter and physical conditioning that fighters go through. I always thought that only those with a very strong athletic background could train for an amateur fight, and since I was not very good at any sport, I could never imagine myself training for a fight. My wife found out about the Alta program and suggested I try out at least a couple of sessions. First day of the program, I realised this is what I had been looking for, and I didn't look back ever since."
What did you get out of the program physically?
"I was amazed at how my body transformed. I got leaner, stronger and my energy levels were elevated throughout the day. And of course, it gave me some kicks to receive compliments from wife and friends about my body transformation :-)"
What were some of the mental and emotional outcomes you experienced?
"I discovered a new level of mental strength that I had never felt before, and this positively impacted my personal and professional life."
What did you learn about yourself?
"I learned that my mind and body are capable of a lot more than I had imagined. I discovered that I have the resilience and tenacity to overcome any obstacles."
Did Warrior Training lead to any long term changes in your life, and if so what were they?
"I was never a morning person. Waking up early was the hardest thing for me to do. However, ever since Alta, I am up early morning everyday ready for a workout. Alta has brought consistency and discipline in my day to day life."
What would you say to someone thinking about starting the Warrior Training Program?
"Join the Alta program and I can guarantee you will see a significant physical and mental transformation. You will have a lot of fun during the 20 weeks and it will be an experience you will cherish."
