What were you fighting for? What was your ‘why’?

"After going to couple events in Ireland and abroad and experiencing the best atmosphere and adrenaline watching events I always wondered what it would be like to actually do it but was to scared of walking into a gym signing up and start training with people who have been doing it for a while. Warrior Training gave me the chance to start mma with people also just starting out and then experience what it's like to actually make that walk."

What did you get out of the program physically?

"My job could be anytime day or night anywhere in Ireland. This program got me into a routine of waking same time every morning,  and because of my job I'm always eating out of garages and dell's. The program got me eating right and healthy. I felt great full of energy while losing 2 and half stone"

Do it, if you put the work in get ready to change your life for the better. Toughest thing I've done but by far the most rewarding.

What were some of the mental and emotional outcomes you experienced?

"20 weeks training 5 days a week is a long time. After week 11 or 12 getting up to train at 5am was a real struggle as your body is just sore and tired just not used to all the training but getting to 20 weeks just felt incredible like getting to the top of a huge mountain."

What did you learn about yourself?

"I'm much stronger mentally and physically than I believe. My confidence and belief is so much better."

Did Warrior Training lead to any long term changes in your life, and if so what were they?

"I Lost 13.5kg, I'm gonna stick to mma and hopefully enter few competitions. If someone told me I would be doing this a year ago nobody would believe it."

What would you say to someone thinking about starting the Warrior Training Program?

"Do it, if you put the work in get ready to change your life for the better. Toughest thing I've done but by far the most rewarding."
