What were you fighting for? What was your ‘why’?
"I was bored of a regular gym. Always grown up on sport and saw this as an opportunity to learn new skills and be competitive whilst getting fitter!"
What did you get out of the program physically?
"A toned body and a love for morning exercise."
What were some of the mental and emotional outcomes you experienced?
"Routine discipline and how important they are, plus pushing myself to new limits."
What did you learn about yourself?
"That nothing is too scary!"
Did Warrior Training lead to any long term changes in your life, and if so what were they?
"I’m still training and trying to be as health conscious as possible. I also still remain friends with many of those from my series which is great!"
What would you say to someone thinking about starting the Warrior Training Program?
"Anyone is capable of doing this. It’s easy to make excuses as to why you can’t but if you really want it and make it a priority you’ll no doubt love it!"
