As the community of The Roman Gladiators (TRG) of modern times, we want to give you a fresh take on the boring old workout. Our workouts similar to the Gladiator training regime is created to achieve peak physical conditioning and fitness. We incorporate one day for intense cardiac workout followed by a rest day. The second session will focus on endurance and is to test physical performance and mental stamina. The final session for the week will focus on medium intensity where it is a mixture of the two workouts. So NEVER a dull moment when you are with TRG crew!! 

The TRG community are individuals who are keen to learn and put into practice these skills and techniques whilst getting fitter through Functional Combat Training (FCT), HIIT workouts, Boxing, Martial Arts and more. So what are you waiting for? Remember we are here to teach you skills and, you will be surrounded by a community of supportive, fun-loving people who are on the same journey. There is no experience necessary, our Coach will share his expertise and skills along with his desire and passion to train in a fun, community-engaged atmosphere. 

The Roman Gladiators workout is specifically designed based on the ancient techniques of the gladiator regime and is designed to increase fat loss, get lean, gain muscular strength and learn combative skills… what more could you want from a workout.
