Customised Fitness Solutions has been operating in the Sutherland Shire since 1999 and has grown to be one of the best equipped and well respected training centres in Australia. Our facility is owned and operated by one of Australia’s leading professional MMA fighters, Jon Leven. His experience and career as a pioneer in the sport has enabled him to become a professional instructor, respected role model and has an exceptional ability to teach a variety of students.
