Mindset Martial & and Fitness is about family, community, fitness, and wellness. For the last 10 years, we’ve been providing children and adults with high quality martial arts becoming the number the highest rated martial arts Academy in Hayward. We are a community based organization with a philanthropic heart. We work closely with our partner organizations, and local public schools giving back serving foster youth, youth with incarcerated parents.
