Combat Room was created to share the expertise of experienced Brazilian Jiu Jitsu practitioners to pass on the benefits that come with learning a martial art. We have daily training sessions, and every level of experience is represented in the club. Whether you are after a new sport, a fitness challenge or some techniques to improve your self-defence, Combat Room is a great place to start! We also offer regular classes for women and classes for kids every Saturday.
