About C4 Brazilian Jiu Jitsu & Mixed Martial Arts
C4 Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and Mixed Martial Arts is coached by some of the best trainers in Coffs Harbour and the Mid-North Coast. From boxing to BJJ, all the coaches are seasoned competitors and have over 50 years experience between them. C4 head coach, Chris Helback attained his black belt from Vincent Perry and is currently a 2nd degree black belt. He has held the rank of black belt for 6 years.
BJJ promotes the idea of using technique, leverage, and most notably, taking the fight to the ground, and then applying joint-locks and chokeholds to defeat the other person.
