Jeff is a champion in Kickboxing and Boxing, studying martial arts for over 30 years. He has participated in several disciplines including Muay Thai, Submission Wrestling and Mixed Martial Arts. Jeff’s training incorporates the mentality and philosophy of a ‘right mindset’ while skillfully teaching the physicality of MMA.
