Led by Conor McGregor’s Head Coach John Kavanagh, our Alta Training was developed by the world’s best coaches. Expertly designed to slowly build the skills and confidence of beginners through a staged approach, participants don’t progress until they have mastered crucial skills and have the necessary endurance and confidence to tackle more complex moves. This program will challenge participants and push them beyond their comfort zone. This challenge is the key ingredient to consistent transformation that many Alta Warriors believe could never be achieved through other sports.
