What were you fighting for? What was your ‘why’?
"I needed a change. Living my life the way I was, was spiritual suicide. I'd work 9 hours plus a day. Go home to eat junk food and sit in front of a box. I always lived within my means but things desperately needed to change. Was watching my son become like me was the turning point."
What did you get out of the program physically?
"Not knowing anyone and stepping out of my boundaries was the first changing point. To share common goals with 30 other individuals and making new bonds. Hurts me to think after all this time I'll be sharing the cage with one of them. Please let it be a person who I haven't learnt to care for."

What were some of the mental and emotional outcomes you experienced?
"100 percent pushing my boundaries and focusing on my inner myself."
What did you learn about yourself?
"Fail, fail and fail get up and keep moving. Weather the storm, beat your drum."
Did Warrior Training lead to any long term changes in your life, and if so what were they?
"Focus on yourself so you do better for others. If your unhealthy to begin with. How can you be for others."
What would you say to someone thinking about starting the Warrior Training Program?
"Hook in. Push those boundaries. Share new connections. Embrace living your life. Don't look back the future is forward"
